STAFF RETENTION

Continue to prioritise Bedfordshire Police's officer retention rates, so that we increase the level of experienced officers in service.

SAFER ROADS, SAFER STREETS

Work to bring back a Roads Policing base in Bedfordshire, and work with partner agencies to cut road deaths and injuries.

ORGANISED CRIME

Continue working to clampdown on the criminal gangs operating in Bedfordshire, while protecting our young and most vulnerable residents.
